Sir, – I left my phone on the 7.35am Dunshaughlin to Dublin bus on Monday. I went to Busáras at 11am to ask if there was any chance it was handed in. It wasn’t.
But within five minutes, Pat the supervisor, who was on his way to a coffee break, stopped and made a few calls and found the driver who had just picked it up from where I’d dropped it, and by 1pm I had it in my hands.
I feel very fortunate to have received such great customer service from Busáras. – Yours, etc,
MÁIRE WHITE,
