Sir, – Dave Mathieson writes: “. . . we’re lucky to live in a country where outright climate denial is politically largely untenable” (Letters, November 8th).
This luck would seem completely negated by Ireland’s legislative framework preventing a political and public assessment of the only emissions-free possibility for achievement of our emissions target and a reliable energy future: small modular nuclear reactors. – Yours, etc,
