Sir, – If there were awards for customer service, Dublin’s Gate Theatre would easily win top prize and a standing ovation.
I recently contacted them over a lost gift voucher from 2016, more in hope than with great expectations. But after confirming with them when it was bought and by whom, they were able to issue me a replacement.
