Sir, – I notice that many of the new cycle paths are now the same width as a car lane. Does this mean that we can now expect to see pedal-powered cars?

If so, I look forward to a revival of Enid Blyton’s Noddy and his red and yellow car, as well as Fred Flintstone and his wife Wilma in their speedy footmobile. – Yours, etc,
