Sir, – You published a letter on the subject of the bewildering variety of health insurance policies (Letters, December 22nd). I was similarly flummoxed until a few years ago I discovered a health insurance broker who knows the area extremely well. He very patiently went through everything on the phone and talked me through my needs and recommended a plan for me.
I have done this every year for a long time and recommend this approach. – Yours, etc,
