A chara, – At approximately 3.10pm on Friday, October 7th, a tragic explosion occurred in the local shop and petrol station in our village. It took the lives of 10 of our neighbours, friends and relatives. It left many more injured and all who were involved distressed and grief-stricken.
What came in the aftermath was an outpouring of support that was breathtaking and heart-warming in equal measure. This support has brought us incredible strength at a time of deep sadness. This support came from too many people to mention, but you will know who you are. I believe I speak for all the people of Creeslough when I say, we thank you, your support has made all the difference at the time that we needed it most. – Is mise,
