Chic apartments in our cities consist of the bed within frying distance of the stove. Substituting a kitchen table for a queen size, the apartments, which must be top of the range to warrant anywhere between €900 to €1,600 per month, are steadily increasing in supply.
It’s as though one becomes two, two become four, and so on.
