Sir, – Once again it was highlighted in The Irish Times that the large supermarket retailers are still somehow “unable” to separate out and declare the profits from their Irish operations (News, May 10th). How then do they pay their taxes, since these are calculated on their profits?
Perhaps they or the Revenue Commissioners could enlighten us. – Yours, etc,
