A chara, – Evidence of climate change is all around us and in recent weeks I witnessed in Cúil Aodha what can only be described as confusion in the animal world. A hen threw caution to the wind in mid-October, and abandoned the security of her coop to set about hatching under a south-facing window-sill outside our dining room.
