Sir, – Following UN secretary general Antonio Guterres’s extraordinary intervention (“UN secretary general warns of ‘collapse of humanitarian system’ and invokes rarely used UN article to push for ceasefire”, World, December 7th), a man who could hardly be better informed, it is not finally time for the world to make it clear Israel does not have impunity?
