Sir, – I fail to understand why the Land Development Agency (LDA) is paying the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) €44 million for a site when they are presumably on the same team (Business, December 18th).
Interesting to know who will benefit financially from this transaction. It would make more sense to take €44 million off the price of the homes. – Yours, etc,
