Sir, – A quick question, arising from my failed attempt to return a plastic bottle via the machine system. My bottle was refused because of a “depression” in the shoulder of the bottle. Or so the well-informed and experienced users behind me in the queue opined.
So, the question. Who keeps the 25 cents I paid when I bought it? I had to put the bottle in my green bin! – Yours, etc,
