Sir, – This Government’s reaction to each unfolding crisis in housing provision is to set up yet another agency. Now the Government is to begin “work on the feasibility of setting up a dedicated agency to handle migrant accommodation”, which itself follows a “scoping exercise” last year (News, April 4th). It will be tripping over the housing and land agencies out there already and will achieve just about as much as the rest of them have to date. – Yours, etc,
