Sir, – Further to “Judge labels Eir a ‘disgrace’ after court heard customer service manuals warned staff not to obey law” (News, April 16th), one has to laugh at Eir’s new slick TV advertisements stating “We’re all that matters”, “This is Ireland’s network”, and “This is the network we all deserve”.
Actually I think we all know that we deserve much, much better.
Thankfully, all of us living on “this pebble in the ocean” (as Eir describes it) can choose other providers that treat their customers like customers. – Yours, etc,
