Sir, – Are any of our political parties interested in incentivising a better utilisation of our existing housing stock?
Many of us live in houses that are under-occupied. Many three- or four-bedroom houses are occupied by only one or two people. Surely it would be worthwhile offering incentives to encourage people to downsize, by rental or by sale, or to divide a larger house into two units? – Yours, etc,
