Sir, – I note that Coastwatch Ireland seeks a levy on, among other things, nappies and condoms, so as to further protect wildlife on and around our coastline (Home News, November 28th).
Surely, a levy on condoms would lead to less use of same, thus increasing the requirement for nappies? – Yours, etc,
