Sir, – I travel daily though Busáras in Dublin. The toilets are a disgrace. Doors have no locks, and some have no doors. The stench is awful.
Bus Éireann put up stickers six months ago that it was aware of the problems and was addressing them. To date, no action.
Busáras is the gateway to Ireland for many visitors from home and abroad. It is a disgrace. – Yours, etc,

Sir, – I cannot help but reflect on the situation in Busáras at present. The toilets are a disgrace! Access to the toilets also needs to be considered. Down two flights of stairs, hopping a big suitcase off them, is not an option, particularly for the elderly. No chance of a lift or ramp?
I look forward to seeing the transformation when work is completed. I hope I’m still on this Earth to see it! – Yours, etc,
