Sir, - I hope Minister Molloy takes note of the anger underlying the vast majority of the letters to this and other papers with regard to the taxi dispute. We are angry at the monopoly the taxis have had at our expense. We are angry as tax payers at the thought of subsidising the self-employed in a business we know to be extremely lucrative. But mostly we are angry and getting angrier at the disgraceful bully-boy tactics being employed to retain this monopoly and at the fact that the Government looks like buckling to these tactics. - Yours, etc.,
Kieran Ryan, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.
