Sir, – Sourdough seems to be everywhere at the moment. The minister of my wife’s church bakes sourdough bread every day, and posts pictures of it on social media. I have just eaten some English muffins with “added sourdough”. For me, they might have spared themselves the trouble of adding it. – Yours, etc,
