Madam, - With new restrictions on what passengers can carry on board aircraft now is the time for airports, airlines and governments to get together and replace duty-free sales on departure with duty-free on arrival.
The savings on fuel (lighter loads), improved safety (less inflammable liquid and no broken glass in the event of a forced landing) and improved security on board (no broken bottles to use as weapons) would surely make it worthwhile. - Yours, etc,
