Sir, - In addition to its services and housing for homeless people, Focus Ireland has a long-term commitment to provide training to enable people to develop their skills in a wide range of areas.
This year we are celebrating the 15th year of our very successful Community Service Volunteer training programme, which has for many young people been the first step into a career in social work, youth work or other related professions.
