Sir, – Would it be reasonable to change the name of Leinster House to Ulster House to remind the representatives of this esteemed house that while counties Donegal, Monaghan and Cavan are part of Ulster they are also part of the 26 counties of the Irish Republic and require funding and essential services just as much as any other county? – Yours, etc,
