Madam, - I am sure that Owen Keegan (August 25th), the county manager for Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, meant to say "taxpayers' funds" rather than the council's "own money" when referring to funding any future redevelopment of the baths, or is Mr Keegan planning on dipping into his own pocket to get the project back on track? - Yours, etc,
