Sir, – Why is it that we feel the need to ape everything British? Medical programmes, musical talent shows, even their failed education system. The final straw for me has to be the Great Irish Bake-Off. Surely our version should be titled the All-Ireland Bake-Off? The Great British Bake-Off is thus called because it encompasses Great Britain. We, though undeniably great, are not "Great Ireland"! – Yours, etc,
