Sir, – I'm not sure what to make of the news that "Smaller apartments for 'hipsters' are to be permitted in Dublin" (September 18th), following Dublin City Council's vote to allow apartments that are almost 20 per cent smaller than the current minimum. How do the hobbits feel about this? – Yours, etc,
