Sir, – Reading your Editorial (August 6th) reminded me that I received a reply from a national organisation some days ago when asking about the progress of a report. The reply stated that they are currently going through "optioneering workshops" (sic). Is this new management speak or another way to say that a delay is in the offing? – Yours, etc,
