Madam, - At a time when alcohol is causing so much unhappiness in Ireland, I find it offensive that the Guinness website is featuring a campaign to have St Patrick's Day made a national holiday outside Ireland.
The last thing the Irish people need now is an endorsed association with alcohol. - Yours, etc.,
