Sir, – The Cabinet is approving the updated plan for “living with Covid”.
I think it would be more appropriate, for as long as the current Level 5 restrictions remain in place, for the plan to be called “not living because of Covid”. –Yours, etc,
ALAN MAHON,
Sandymount,
Co Dublin.
Sir, – Now that schools are set to reopen, perhaps we could send the Cabinet back to junior infants, where they might learn what a timetable is. – Yours, etc,
DON COMISKEY,

Co Wicklow.
Sir, – I believe the Government and Nphet have stumbled upon a brilliant solution to spare the country the misery of a fourth lockdown. Simply by never ending the third one! – Yours, etc,
GRAHAM CONWAY,
Clontarf,
Dublin 3.
Sir, – It was heartening to read the letter from Sharon Meyler (February 23rd). What she says is exactly how I feel about these lockdown restrictions. However, she and I are very much in the minority, when it comes to having this view of things. Why is that I wonder? I can only think it is because most people accept the current narrative from Nphet and our Government unquestioningly.
Isn’t it about time that we grew up as a nation, and not be led like sheep over a cliff! – Yours, etc,
ANNA LYONS,
Navan,
Co Meath.
