Sir, – A letter writer says that the closure of the Four Courts restaurant will have a negative effect on members of the public exercising their constitutional right of access to justice (July 26th).
I think that if members of the public can exercise their constitutional right within a reasonable timescale, and at a price they can afford, then they will be happy to bring a packed lunch. – Yours, etc,
