Sir, – I am mobility hampered and use a wheelchair. Last weekend, while my wife was trying to get into the parking space for disabled people at the local supermarket, a car came from behind and shot into the space. A young man of about 35 jumped out, locked his car and made off into the shop.
He possibly thought I was waving a Christmas greeting card at him and not my parking permit! My wife and I circled the car park twice but to no avail. – Yours, etc,
