Madam, - Regular trips to Dublin provide convincing evidence that traffic congestion is alive and well.
However, I didn't realise how well it was until a letter I posted on the northside (Clontarf) for collection at 11 a.m. on October 29th was finally delivered by An Post to the southside (Glencullen) on the afternoon of November 3rd. You can understand why I didn't attempt the journey myself!
