Madam, - As a lifelong resident of the Dublin constituency where the Minister for Justice bases his political career, I would like to ask him on what basis he can refuse asylum to an innocent women who has been sentenced in her home country to be buried to her neck in the ground, then have stones thrown at her head by a crowd of people until her skull bursts open and she is dead.
His answer to this question will be decisive in determining my attitude to this State, its laws, agencies and servants, and how I will represent my country in my dealings abroad. - Yours, etc.,
SIMON WALKER, Saint Mary's Lane, Dublin 4.
