Madam, - On Tuesday, September 5th I noticed that a pipe was leaking on to the street, so I looked up the Dublin City Council website and under the "Water" section, I selected the contact details and rang the number.
After 10 minutes I finally got through to be toldI'd have to call another number. When I asked the lady why she couldn't call the number herself, she just said she couldn't. At that stage I just said to her that if she couldn't be bothered, neither could I.
As of September 11th, the pipe continues to leak. - Yours, etc,
