Madam, - In the "What's Hot and What's Cold" feature in the Irish Times Magazine of April 17th, the writers disapproved of "the proposed seat-free DARTs".
Where did they get the idea there was such a proposal? Perhaps from an April Fools's Day spoof story on Newstalk 106.
For the record, there is no such proposal - our newly delivered fleet of DART carriages come complete with seats. - Yours, etc.,
