Sir, Hugh Linehan is an interesting and original film and TV critic and I generally enjoy reading what he has to say. However, I become increasingly irritated by his negative obsession with the 1960s. I sure he has his own personal reasons for this irrational hatred, but I would rather he dealt with it in some private therapy and not in the columns of your esteemed newspaper. - Yours, etc.,
