Sir, – Recently I had to contact technical support at the Revenue Commissioners, as I was having a problem logging on to my online Revenue Online Service (ROS) account. My phone call was answered very promptly and the most delightful assistant came to my aid. She was able to help me quickly and at no point made me feel stupid. I don’t remember her name but she is a credit to the Revenue Commissioners. We rarely take time to give credit where it is due. – Yours, etc,
