Madam, - Jim O'Sullivan (April 4th) states: "The English language robs truth with ease. The camera, on the other hand, has no such powers."
I would refer Mr O'Sullivan to a report in Thursday's paper which described the sacking of an award-winning US newspaper photographer, Brian Walski, for producing a single photograph on his computer using "two photos he had taken moments apart".
I think Mr O'Sullivan should take note of the old adage, "Believe none of what you hear [or in this case read\] and half of what you see". - Yours, etc.,
