Sir, God bless the Minister as he heads for another election. I and all my colleagues wish him a healthy career and retirement. Let's hope in old age he never needs a dietitian to rectify his diet, a physiotherapist to ease his arthritis, an occupational therapist to help him adapt to disability, a biochemist to detect his blood disorders or an orthoptist to correct his eyesight.
Let's hope, because by that stage there may be no paramedics left - all the potential candidates will have opted for careers with fair pay! Need I say more? - Yours etc.,
