Madam, - Eibhlín Healy (July 29th) suggests that there may have even been a third policeman watching John Gormley's bicycle. May I suggest that Mr Gormley may be ahead of the game here in knowing that his bicycle needs no minding at all.
I suspect that Mr Gormley knows well that his bicycle may have become more man than bicycle, courtesy of the boneshaking, atom-swapping journey which all cyclists experience on our poor city centre roads! - Yours, etc,
