The "Second Law Of Thermodynamics" argument has been floated for many years and can be easily rebutted by an intelligent child studying Leaving Certificate physics. If the law makes it impossible for an ape to evolve to a man, it equally makes it impossible for an acorn to grow into an oak tree. Both processes work because they are not closed systems - they are solar-powered.
