Madam, - I read with interest that the two Green MEPs, Nuala Ahern and Patricia McKenna, could not agree how to divide or use two minutes' speaking time at the European Parliament.
If this is the case, can we look forward to the Greens ever taking part in a government in Ireland and taking more serious political decisions, such as: striking income tax rates for workers; deciding on the building of key projects; negotiating sensitive Anglo-Irish relations; negotiating international agreements?
