The war in Ukraine is seen very differently around the world. The different perspectives of players such as the EU, the US, Germany and China will play a major role in how the conflict plays out and ultimately comes to an end.

The war has also spurred geopolitical change: strengthening EU cohesion, awakening Germany as a military force and driving Russia into the arms of China.

To discuss these global aspects of the war, Hugh Linehan is joined by China correspondent Denis Staunton, Brussels correspondent Naomi O’Leary and Berlin correspondent Derek Scally on today’s Inside Politics podcast.
