We liked this yarn, as reported by the Sun last week, even if we're not entirely convinced it's 110 per cent true. After the draw for the European Cup quarter-finals paired Bayern Munich with Manchester United, the Germans decided to send their scout, Wolfgang Dremmler, to Old Trafford for the game against Leicester. With two minutes to go, and the game still scoreless, Wolfgang left, having seen enough. What happened next? Do you really need to ask? United scored twice in two minutes. But then a Bayern representative should have predicted that, really, eh?
