Cork City 3 Dundalk 0:CORK CITY saved their best home performance for last at Turner's Cross last night, as they easily accounted for bottom of the table Dundalk in a one-sided game.

Lilywhites boss Darius Kierans, without a host of players for the trip south, admitted in the run-up to the game that he already had one eye on their relegation play-off against either Longford or Waterford.

Yet the level of the performance shown against a Cork outfit that has blown hot and cold this season will give him much cause for concern.
