Drogheda Utd - 2 Longford Town - 2 Substitute Derek Delaney came to the rescue for home side Drogheda when he struck in injury-time to save the day at O2 Park.

Delaney pounced when Gary Coonan's cross was half cleared and his first-time shot beat Stephen O'Brien in the Longford goal.

Longford scored first, on 30 minutes, when Drogheda goalkeeper Gary Rogers's headed clearance fell to Alan Kirby 40 yards out and he lobbed the ball into the top corner.

Drogheda were level four minutes into the second half. Mark Quinless was fouled on the edge of the box and Myler curled the ball into the net.
