Cork football manager Brian Cuthbert has made eight changes for Sunday's Allianz Football League semi-final against Donegal (which has a 2.0 start at Croke Park, ahead of Dublin-Monaghan at 4.0).
Having already booked their semi-final place going into last Sunday's game against Derry (which Cork lost), Cuthbert has reloaded with some of his big guns – including Jamie O'Sullivan, James Loughrey and Brian O'Driscoll in defence, with Eoin Cadogan partnering Fintan Goold at midfield.
The O’Driscoll brothers, Colm and Kevin, are also restored to the half-forward line, while Colm O’Neill and Brian Hurley come into the full-forward line. With under-21 captain Brian O’Driscoll also listed to start, the trio of brothers from the small Tadhg MacCarthaigh club will again all get game time at the same time.
The players to miss out are Stephen O’Donoghue, Noel Galvin, Tom Clancy (Clonakilty), Patrick Kelly (injured), Barry O’Driscoll, Daniel Goulding, Paul Kerrigan and John Hayes.
Monaghan manager Malachy O’Rourke has kept faith with the same team that lost to Dublin last Sunday for the semi-final reprise back in Croke Park this Sunday.
