Leinster SF replay/ Tyrellspass 0-7 Arles-Killeen 0-5: Three points in the final six minutes of a game in which scores proved hard to come by saw 14-man Tyrellspass (Westmeath) overcome dogged Arles-Killeen resistance in their quarter-final replay at O'Moore Park on Saturday.

The Westmeath side, who had staged a late rally to earn a draw last week, survived a missed penalty and the sending off of the influential Adrian Corcoran to book a place in next Sunday's semi-final against Moorefield of Kildare in Mullingar.

Corcoran received his marching orders for throwing an elbow back at Donie Brennan with 11 minutes remaining and his side a point down, but two points from David Glennon, whose weakly-taken 38th-minute spot-kick was saved by Michael Leigh, and another from brother Denis, after good work by Martin Flanagan around midfield, turned it around for Tyrellspass.

Arles-Killeen were still in front with three minutes of normal time left courtesy of five Jason Enright scores, including a supberb effort midway through the second half. That proved their only score of the second half, however, having led 0-4 to 0-3 at half-time, and they were derailed by a late flourish from the men in blue and navy.
