Poor old Eurosport. They've done their best to provide decent coverage of the World Youth Cup in Nigeria but it all went horribly wrong towards the end of last week's thrilling quarter-final tie between Spain and Ghana. The match had finished 1-1 after extra time so penalties were required to find a winner. At 7-7 the tension was nigh on unbearable but then the screen went blank and a "Hang in there, we're working on it' type message popped up. "Oh dear," said the commentator and that was it. They couldn't even let us know the result. Apparently Spain won 8-7. And Eurosport are still blushing.
