Rugby Tri-Nations, Australia v New Zealand, Today, Brisbane, 11am (Irish): New Zealand coach Graham Henry has told his team to expect a much improved performance from Australia when the sides meet in the fourth round of the Tri-Nations at Brisbane's Lang Park today.

The All Blacks crushed Australia 32-12 in Christchurch three weeks ago but Henry said the Wallabies would not be as easy to beat on home soil.

The Wallabies rebounded with a record 49-0 drubbing of South Africa and are back to full-strength with the return of inside centre Matt Giteau and giant prop Rodney Blake.

"Australia won by an impressive margin in their last Tri-Nations match and they have a great record in Brisbane," Henry said.

"It is a critical Test for the Tri-Nations series as well, so there's plenty to play for."

New Zealand are also back to full strength after fielding a weakened team in last weekend's 35-17 win over the Springboks in Wellington with the return of seven players.

They have a clear advantage in the forwards, particularly the scrum, but say they plan to take the Australians on out wide.

The Wallabies boast one of the best back lines in the game but New Zealand believe they can shut them down by targeting Giteau and outhalf Stephen Larkham.

"They've got some extremely dangerous players so if we can hold that ball and starve them of opportunities they'll get frustrated. We put an emphasis on that," New Zealand outhalf Daniel Carter said.

The Australians are also wary of Carter after he booted nine penalties from as many attempts against South Africa last weekend, though coach John Connolly is more concerned with the forward battle.

"We've seen New Zealand change their approach to the set- piece when Graham Henry came back, and they did have some experienced players to work on that," said Connolly.

"And what has happened is that their scrum and lineout have improved out of sight in recent years, which has really given them the platform."
