Sweden v Northern IrelandThe term jantelagen is popular here. It means you should never believe you're better than anyone else and reflects a national preference for understatement.
There are exceptions, though, and one Swedish newspaper was in boastful mood yesterday.
Beneath the headline Lambs to the Slaughter, a picture of David Healy's head was superimposed on the body of a sheep, implying Northern Ireland are a one-man team and will cop it tonight.
Healy's 12 goals in this campaign included two against Sweden in the 2-1 March win in Belfast, but fortunes have since diverged and a win for the Swedes would confirm their Euro 2008 place. Northern Ireland must win to keep their slim hopes alive.
"The door is still open and it's how much we want to push ourselves through it," said manager Nigel Worthington, who refused to accept that September defeats in Latvia and Iceland ended their campaign.
